The Look Has Changed
A Little, But The Soul
Remains The Same.

Here's to New Mexicans

We’re the wild ones who call cacti house plants, and handle our spice like no one’s business. The ones who find oasis in the desert and scoff at adversity. We fly by balloon, race with roadrunners, and flourish without rain. Grow wine grapes in the desert? Some thought we couldn’t do it. But in 1984, we risked it all to cultivate award-winning wine right here in the land of the daring.

And it’s no wonder we succeeded. New Mexico is a flavor of life unlike any other. It’s soaked into the soil, hand-crafted into each bottle of wine.

Once you’ve tasted St. Clair, you’ll feel the flavor.

wine cocktail recipes

The New Mexico Sour updates the Whiskey Sour recipe (whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white) with a float of St. Clair Merlot or any variety of our red wine. The wine lends its aromatic qualities and deep red color to the drink.

This crowd-pleasing summer cocktail serves four, and it’s easy to scale up for a larger crowd. Puree watermelon with agave nectar in the blender, then add St. Clair white wine and club soda for bubbles.

Sangria is the perfect drink to share with friends – it’s festive, fun, fruity, and refreshing. As cocktails go, it’s inexpensive and easy to make.
